Coweta County Soccer Association

Last weekend we hosted almost 100 teams from 5 states in our first annual Spring Challenge Cup.   Cannons teams fared well in several divisions and there were some exciting finishes.  You can find a wrap up of all the scores and results on the tournament page.  Many thanks to all the parents who volunteered to work as field marshals, field setup and at registration.  It is not possible to run a successful tournament without good volunteers.   We received sponsorship support from many area businesses including the Country Inn and suites, Larry's Giant Subs, and several program advertisers.  Please show your appreciation to them for supporting soccer by giving them your business whenever you can.

 

As we close the book one tournament, we begin planning the next.  We will host a Recreational tournament on the weekend of October 6-7 and a select tournament the weekend of October13-14. If you have any interest in working on these tournaments please contact Steve Hutton.   We need help with sponsors, programs, volunteer coordination, and many other jobs.
