The Coaches meeting scheduled for Aug. 26th has been cancelled due to the weather. Each coach will receive an e-mail from Alan Ewing with coaching information that would normally be given in the meeting. We will also have a face-to-face general meeting at the kickoff party on Sept. 5th. This will give each coach an opportunity to reveiw the information sent to you and allow you to ask questions to Alan or any of the Coordinators.

CCSA will host the Fall 2008 Season Kickoff on Friday Sept. 5 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on field 10 near the pavilion at Whitlock Park. The Canongate Golf Clubs and Publix are sponsoring the event. There will be inflatable bouncy games including a bouncy soccer game and a Sumo wrestling ring.
CCSA staff trainers will also be present to organize small side and fun soccer games. Hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, soda and cookies will also be sold by one of our teams at reasonable prices. Come and celebrate the sport of soccer with family and friends.

UNIFORMS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED ON AUGUST 23rd as stated before - PICKUP DATE IS NOW SEPT 5th - please read below
Due to the high volume of online ordering of REC Uniforms, Team - Outfitters will leave online ordering open until AUGUST 27th.
The website for rec uniforms is www.team-outfitters.com , select uniform tab, select cannons logo, select rec uniform $37.50.
You have 2 options to receive your uniform -
1. Pay extra for shipping and handling to have your uniform delivered to your house.
2. Select warehouse/field pickup (which is at the end of the checkout process) and pick your uniform up on SEPT 5th by field 10 from 5:00 -8:00pm

We are looking for a family to host one of our new coaches coming in from New Jersey. Any family willing to host will receive free summer soccer camps and/or a free residential soccer camp in 2009. Partial reimbursement for club fees are also a possibility.
