Academy Program

The Cannon's Soccer Academy is an initiative that began in 2003. In essence, it is a bridge between recreational soccer and "select" soccer and covers the U9 though U12 age groups. The players who choose to play in the Cannon's Academy program are taught by the clubs professional coaches and trainers.

The primary focus of this age group is skill development. Accordingly, the players still play multiple positions and training is geared toward foot skills (technical skills) rather than set plays and other tactical type skills. The teams play other club’s academy teams and play both home and away games. Most away games are in the metro Atlanta area. Academy teams also play in several tournaments per year. It takes an extra commitment from both parents and players to be in our academy program, but we believe you will be more than pleased with the experience.

Academy Uniform Policy

Away Uniform:  white jerseys, black shorts, white socks

Home Uniform: blue jerseys, blue shorts, gold socks
